From Lynchburg, VA

Take 460 W., exit 460 W. Bus. (E. Main St.), go to 4th light, R onto Bridge St., 2nd light, L onto Bedford Ave., 1st R onto Avenel, 5th house on R.

From Roanoke, VA

Take 460 E., exit 460 E. Bus. (Blue Ridge Ave., becomes W. Main), go to 1st light, L onto Bedford Ave., under RR trestle, bear R on Bedford Ave., 5th L onto Avenel Ave. (last street before light), 5th house on R.

From Blue Ridge Parkway

Exit Parkway @ Peaks of Otter Ranger Center onto Route 43 South, go approx. 10 miles, R onto Avenel Ave. (it's the last street before the 1st stop sign at Longwood Ave.), 3rd house on L.
